Chang Ying — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

It's been a long time since we've had GREAT Chinese food in this area. We couldn't be happier having finally given Chang Ying on Rt. 376 near Mc D's a try. We ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Cold Sesame Noodles, Shrimp Fried Rice, Fried Wontons and a couple Egg Rolls. All absolutely wonderful. Fresh tasting, freshly made, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Oh, and their homemade "hot" mustard was some of the best I've ever had.

Everyone who works there from the teenager at the counter who took our order, the lady who rang up our order, to the cooks and even the delivery driver with a pretty nicely hooked up Dodge Dart were awesome. Great people, great food and our new go to Chinese restaurant.

Oh yeah, and...

Chang Ying take out restaurant is very good , like home cooking, nothing is premaded from the out side venders, they make and cook everything there thats what makes them stand out from all the other take restaurants, they make there own Dumplings witch are so big and flavorful,, they are not the type that were previously frozen ones. And they make a great Lemon chicken. There chow fun is very very good, they make really good shrimp toast, I have tried many chinese take out's in my ares , the first time i tried chang ying it was instant dedication i been going to them for the past 6 years now, by the way today is chinese new year , year of the OX, 2021,, xin nian kuai le, means Happy New Year in chinese.,, I highly...

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in the country. I’ve eaten Chinese in a few states and I have lived in NY my whole life I ordered steam dumplings which were 2/5 house special lo mein was a negative 1000 sesame chicken 2/5 only thing good was egg rolls with a 4/5 chicken and broccoli 2/5….
