16 Handles — Restaurant in Town of East Greenbush

Every other Sunday after riding lessons for my Granddaughter Hannah, we come to the East Greenbush 16 Handles because it is the most delicious frozen yogurt anywhere, and believe me, we have tried them all, but nothing is better than 16 Handles!! The flavors are all delicious but we love Salted Caramel the best!! The toppings look amazing and there are so many to choose from but we prefer the frozen yogurt without anything on it, just pure deliciousness!!! The place is always clean and tidy and the staff is always kind, friendly, cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable! I have many allergies and they help me with that too!!! Sometimes there is a kids party going on which is nice seeing kids having a great time! We love it there and by the way, Hannah is constantly asking to go, she would want it everyday, so we do go on other days aside from Sunday! True story! As someone who is new to the area— I saw this place while driving to another local business; so. I decided to stop in with my daughter. The parking is limited as this business does have a very high volume of customers. The environment was extremely clean and spacious! The staff was very welcoming upon entering and checkout; the transaction process was very time efficient. The key factor about this business that stood out to me was the variety of flavors of the frozen yogurt and toppings — also how they are very flexible with accommodations to diet restrictions. On 1/23/23 at approximately 530 my family went into the store located in East greenbush and Adam the employee working was absolutely amazing to everyone in my party but especially my daughter who was celebrating her 3rd birthday ..he went above all of our expectations and put a candle in some fro yo and gave her a personalized balloon and helped sing happy birthday (which she absolutely loved). Personally I do not see this often in customer service and I just thought everyone should know that he was exceptional and deserves a raise for the effort he provides at work.
