Store opens at 6:00 and I show up at 6:20 on a Saturday morning. I see no one from outside the store but walk up and see that they should be open. I walk in and see one of the staff sitting in a both playing with her phone. She doesn’t bother to look up or greet me. I walk over to the counter and see someone in the back who looks at me and then away. I finally say, “hello, anyone home?” She comes over and says, “there was a problem with the ovens”. There are no bagels. I wasted my very little time to stop here. I’m sure that the trouble was with an alarm clock and maybe a Friday night outing. I haven’t stopped in here for a while because of previous bad service. There bagels are good. I like their veggie cream cheese and hummus but I don’t have time to waste my time. I quickly drove over to Dunkin’ Donuts and got my bagel promptly. So I decided to give them another chance. Yay, they had bagels this time. I ordered 2 bagels. One with cream cheese and the other with hummus. Cream cheese bagel ok. Hummus? Not so good. He took a dirty from the day before knife that was sitting on a gross looking piece of ham in a dirty stainless steel container. I’m a vegetarian but many people don’t eat ham. I said no thanks. Wow, tried ((East Greenbush location) it again, as I said their bagels are superior. They didn’t get to shoveling or salting. Slipped on the snow on the curb and my other foot hit the curb hard? Broken? Not sure but it sure does hurt. I let them know and they said they would take care of it right away but how about doing it before someone is injured!

I'm so upset this morning I decided to get breakfast for my co workers and walked in the staff was amazing and friendly I got a sandwich and bagels for my co workers and as I'm eating my sandwich I see pure green/blue in my sandwich i open it up and the egg is completely covered in mold! I almost puked the fact that another human being can willingly put that on another person's sandwich with I'll intent blows my mind. What is this world coming too. I couldn't even get a picture of the side that had the most mold on it I'm sick that I ate the other half. I hope the person that did this finds peace in their heart cause there's no way that they didn't see it putting it on the sandwich. So much evil in this world. The picture doesn't even do it justice what was shown and the other side that was already eaten was worse. The fact that someone deliberately wants to hurt someone and thinks that's okay to do has serious mental health problems and is a danger to society. Update i have reached out and no one has gotten back to me. Hence the review

I pre-ordered bagels an hour ahead of time and when I went to go pick them up, they were not ready. In fact, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I got there for the bagels to be fully prepared. The coffee was also warm (not hot). I got two bagels, one was a five cheese bagel and the other was an asiago bagel. The asiago bagel was smaller than the palm of my hand. Compared to the other one, it was almost half the size. For the price these bagels cost, I felt insanely cheated. The people who worked there were kind but they were very stressed due to being severely understaffed and nonstop orders coming in. The service was so slow that people from the drive through (with the line reaching the street) had to come inside the store.

horrible experience. would give 0 stars if i could. staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. placed an order for pickup at 10:50 and was picking up a friends order placed for 10:40. 10:50 order was ready at 10:55. asked for the 10:40 order and was told if it’s not on the shelf, they’re working on it. the order was three toasted bagels…. nothing crazy…. waited another twenty minutes (which is already crazy) and asked again and told them i’m confused because i’ve been waiting 40 minutes for three toasted bagels. was very rudely told that they’re working on it and they’ve been busy. ok and i’ve now been patiently waiting for 40 minutes for three toasted bagels??? tons of people have been in and out and through the drive through. not me though. still waiting. you can’t cancel an order online so i asked to cancel and she said go ahead, and then moved on to help the next person. ??? never once asked my order, and they were making new more recent pick up orders. something clearly went wrong and when i asked twice i basically was shooed away. twice. i understand they’re busy… i got my order on time. and this second order was over 40 minutes late. that’s not normal… and you’re not just “working on it”. absolutely so uncalled for and rude. never got the bagels. wasn’t about to wait another 40 minutes or ask again because they clearly were not looking to be helpful. left without the...

Not a great experience at this location! I usually go to the one in Loudonville when I’m home, but stopped here because it was conveniently off the highway and we were headed out of town.

I came in here on a Friday around 10 am, so not the peak time like sat/Sun morning or rush hour traffic. I would never want to come in here at 9 am on a weekend.

There was a small line of people, I thought no problem this will move. It took forever!

So I observed 5 people working here. Two seemed to be making bagels in the back, two serving people at the counter and one serving the drive through lane.

They REALLY needed one more person helping people at the counter.

Some of the workers seemed confused. Just an overall inefficient place.

The line grew greatly as I waited and was probably ten people long by the time I left.

At least I was able to score some hot and fresh plain bagels, since I was only home for a brief trip to the Capital District from FL.

I’d recommend closing the drive through lane, this is not an efficient enough type of business to get people through quickly.

Just overall poorly run and inefficient compared to other Bruegger’s I have been to in Troy, Loudonville and...
