If I could give zero stars for this location I would, the drive thru lady, young blonde girl, was EXTREMELY nasty and rude all because I handed her $20 initially for an order of $8.54 and within a second after asked if I could give her the .54 cents since I had it right in my car… she rolled her eyes - said no because she already typed it in and then said fine but seemed highly upset about it even though it’s such a simple question, I don’t even understand why it was made into a problem in the first place, yet when the window closed the girl was complaining LOUDLY (so I could hear her) about how I was annoying for asking her that and mimicking me- I asked to speak to the manager and told her how rude she was and the manager acted like she couldn’t care less about customers being spoken to so rudely - people like that should NOT work in customer service jobs, I would choose a different dunkin if you have the option- will not...
Read moreGo there a lot and I always have to wait 30 mins inside for 2 items. There are four people working there and none of them are worried about the people at the counter. Some of the employees are very unprofessional using inappropriate words while people are waiting for there food. The one day I was there it took four people to change out the stickers used to put the receipt on the bag. All four people were more worried about the drive through and as I’m waiting for about 30 mins there is four other people waiting for there items. The wait times is awful and it’s not even about the staffing issues. It’s about how they are prioritizing the work. I have now gone to another store which is better are service and more friendly. Would rather drive an extra 15 mins to another store to have better service and I don’t have to wait over 30 minutes...

There’s a new gentleman within the last six months who hasn’t picked up the food service industry very well he’s frantic all the time overwhelmed in the morning when he opens by himself he’s swearing treats, customers like crap and bashing the company itself several times he said that a breakfast sandwich and a coffee is gonna take 15 minutes because he’s all by himself and he doesn’t know what to do this morning.
