WeBe Brewing Company — Restaurant in Town of Geneva

I'll start by saying we don't come here as often as we would like. However, when we do we always have a great time. They are a straightforward group with a laid back atmosphere, lots of seating and great staff.

The venue is nicely done nothing too fancy but it's wide open, clean, roomy, and lots of space to sit. They are always playing good music in the background and during football season you can bet the game is on.

The food menu is limited to pub grub and snacks. The items they include are diffrent like chicken and waffle nachos (excellent) for example. They also offer popcorn, snacks and other light fair.

Saving the beer for last let's talk drinks, craft soda, local cider and wine round out the list but the beer is obivously king. They make it on site and the have fun expect more gradation things like their signature Billsner (a classic pilsner) or their scotch ale right up to more creative offerings like Oreo Stout, Salted Caramel Porters, a delicious Hefewizen, and excellent cream ales.

We stopped in for a beer and ended up staying until close. The atmosphere was perfect, everything was 10/10. This is the kind of place where people come as strangers and leave as friends. We travel around the U.S and out of 100+ breweries this one sticks out, what a gem! We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner Dan on and off when he wasn't helping other customers - great guy and knows his beer! The other staff was also super friendly and easy going, didn't catch his name.

We specifically came here for a stout, got the Grammys Candies - amazing!! Wish we were locals because this would be the spot we would hang out - until next time , cheers.

Style Over Substance

Branding is terrific! Beer and food, mediocre.

Beer: great ideas, poor delivery. Seems as if they had an idea for each beer that they wanted to create, wrote the descriptions, and then started brewing. Once the flavor profile got "close enough", package it and sell it. End result are beers that sound delicious and amazing but don't actually taste to match the description.

Food: I've had better nachos from a movie theater. I'm talking the movie theaters that would play old movies for like a dollar a ticket.
