McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of German Flatts

Awful service! I ordered two plain Shamrock shakes online, and then after doing so, decided to just add to my order once in line at the drive through. They always ask if you want to add something to the order. So, I added some chicken nuggets and a medium fry. When I went forward to pay, the lady only handed me one receipt for the shakes. I explained to her that I had just ordered the two other things over the intercom, and she was very sweet so I kinda brushed off the whole thing. The guy that took the order came over and they were whispering some stuff, to which the lady replied for me to pull forward, since he was just going to have me pay where you usually pick up food. Doing so, I met up with this younger girl who only gave me the shakes. I mentioned, once again, about the other two items and she talked to the guy that took my order (he was standing doing something in the background). Then she proceeded to tell me that I DIDNT order anything else. I tried to explain to her that maybe the guy didn't put it in and that I could wait in the parking lot for it, but she kept shutting me down. Finally, I gave up and left. I'm a full time college student with enough on my hands, and I really shouldn't have to go through this bs! I get having a rough day or being busy, but full on refusing a customer? What...

Wish I could give 0 stars! Worst McDonald’s around no question! the morning manager is extremely rude and wouldn’t give a name then proceeded to lock my husband out of the store. The issue was cold food when we live right across the street not even 2 minutes away and we ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a quarter pounder meal which is supposed to be fresh! When my husband went back to the store they only replaced cheeseburgers and not the quarter pounder although they had already taken back the old order and threw it away now my husband is supposed to go without food and we paid money for a quarter pounder meal we did not receive. The manager just told him “too bad” and locked the door behind herself! When I called and asked if I could get an explanation and a name I was hung up on! Absolute worst experience ever and I’ll never go to this...

Unfortunately almost every time I come here now for lunch or dinner, the fries and/or nuggets are ALWAYS cold.. why is that??.. They wonder why I started requesting the food "fresh"... Some friends of mine have requested it like that too... I don't get it when their voice changes over the speaker when I say "fresh", as if they're completely oblivious that the food IS NOT FRESH ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME..I cannot be the only person this happens to, so I just don't understand. Point is I'm not paying for cold food on the go.. I used to love coming to this McDonald's but it has gone downhill over the past 3 months. Fresher food that's hot or at least warm is not too much to ask for especially if it's being paid for,...
