Culver’s — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

Rather disappointing visit last night... It's always hit or miss with the Culver's on Westhill Blvd. Last night was a definite miss. COLD FOOD - burgers and fries, as well as the burger being sloppily made / falling apart.

Requested from both the order taker and the manager on duty ( who was needed to adjust / add to my order) that the fries be fresh / hot. I heard them communicate this to those in the back at least twice. What was I given? Barely warm - mushy fries. Thankfully they fixed that part.

What's disturbing is that the order taker had taken the old fries (I had eaten out of) and put those right back next to the fries that were in the rack to be sent out & not discarded.

The crew last night was quite disappointing to say the least - especially when it comes to overall communication.

First Culver's I have been in that I couldn't rate five stars. Newer Culver's, needs a little work. The food was great. We ordered two hot fudged sundaes, and it seems like it took forever. We did not time it. The wife finally went up to the counter to see if our oder got lost. Our ice cream came, no hot fudge. They took them back and corrected it. Nothing was said. A simple sorry can go a long way. I have been in a Culver's where I was over heard that my order was wrong. And in couple of minutes I had a manager at the table apologizing. Done going here! After my order was wrong during a previous visit. They did a prety good job fixing it upon my return to the restaurant. But now it has happened for the 3rd time in 5 visits. I decided to go back and try it again..I came here just because of the gluten free options. Orderd a burger with a gf bun got home and there was no bun, and one of the orders was missing the fries. I just love paying for something and not receiving it! It is not even worth going here! I have never been so frustrated with ordering from a restaurant.
