They would have got 5 stars because ice cream and staff are great, but who ever owns that place is in for a rude awakening if they don't fix that drive thru. 2 lanes ,why? only 1 intercom, so now you have to deal with people cutting in and not showing respect to go 1 car at a time. It happened to me last time but this time my wife went with my son and 3 cars cut her off. Not only that the police were there because someone way ahead got into it with someone in line. unacceptable!!! I understand that other restaurants have 2 lanes but the 2 intercom pauses the straight flow of traffic, im glad to hear that there is a sign now and yes it falls on people being courteous, I hope...
Read moreI was working at the store today as a contractor. I'm not a big fan of sweets and rarly have them at all. Jay the owner of the store is wonderful, brought ice cream out to my guys and myself. Got to say it's some of the best ice cream I have ever had, so rich and creamy, delicious! (ALSO MADE IN HOUSE IF YOU DIDNT KNOW, DONT THINK OTHER PLACES DO THAT)It was so good that when I left for the day I had to bring some home for my wife and sons, they also loved it so much.(STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE 👌) I don't know Jay very well but I know that he loves his product and has a real passion for it. Ryan was hands down the BEST server I’ve ever had—not just at an ice cream spot, but anywhere, period. From the second I walked up, he greeted me like I was a VIP. His energy was unmatched, his smile could cure bad moods, and he knew the menu like the back of his hand.
He helped me pick the perfect flavor and made the whole experience feel like a summer movie moment. The sundae was fire, but honestly? Ryan’s service made it 100x better.
