My experience has never been good at this store. I'm a brown skinned African American and I know a few people who USE to shop here, but we all have stopped spending our hard earned money where it's not appreciated. I'm a Registered nurse I'm self employed, I make great money. When I walked in this store they looked at me like I was going to steal(that's how I felt) they watched me, I felt so uncomfortable! And once I got everything that I needed the ice cold employee's at the register really made me say... I'M DONE I'M NOT COMING HERE EVER AGAIN! They don't smile or say hello,very cold people! I'm taking my money somewhere where I'm appreciated and not looked at as if I'm going to steal something! The store has gone way down. I use to go there and buy there chocolates A LOT they were great! I believe that the employees ran a lot of there customers away. Read moreEvery time I go in here I wait 15-30 minutes for the simplest of things. Propane, too swamped to grab it then forgot about me. Today I went in to have deli meat cut. Usually go to Pinos but this is closer so I went here. Got here at 9:30, asked for a pound of ham, turkey and 1/2 pound of cheese. Waited 15 minutes, carrying items around the store. Put them down to pay and the lady at the register said I needed to wait as they weighed the items and they were not ready yet. She then tells the woman who took my order I can cut this, so the order hadn’t been started yet. 15 minutes later and it’s still not ready. I approached the register and said it’s been almost 30 minutes can you tell me how much longer. The woman got very rude. Read more2nd time purchasing subs and both times my order was incorrect, I gave them a 2nd chance because I understand mistakes can happen but two times now is no longer a mistake but rather incompetence. Customer service was awful, no greeting (Hi, Hello, how can I help you) my daughter and I felt rushed when placing our order, the man seemed very annoyed and wasn't friendly at all and we were the only ones in the store, we were made to feel like we were walking on egg shells when browsing through the store for snacks while we waited for our subs to be made and when checking out I forgot to order the Mac salad (wich by the way was awful, had more carrots in it than pasta and even had lettuce in it, no seasonings at all) and when I asked the man at the register he was silent and rolled his eyes.
