Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Greece

The service was horrible me and my sister went to dunkin and ordered 1 dozen donuts, 2 blue raspberry coolatas with popping bubbles, 2 glazed donuts, 2 vanilla bean coolatas and A lemonade with strawberry popping bubbles. They were also serving the people in a drive-through before us and one lady came because they messed up her order and made different a order and they served her before us and we were there before her.We were there for an hour and a half waiting for our orders they made my blueberry Coolata and didn’t tell me that it was finished so it had melted on the counter. There was about 5 flies landing on the donuts. There were three workers Talking instead of working and or worker named Kayla had an attitude. They forgot one of our drinks and since we were waiting there for too long I wasn’t going to ask for the drink because I didn’t have the time and patience for it. They said that they didn’t have any bags they forgot to add the Boba in the coolatas and one of the Coolatas that melted they just added the popping Boba and instead of making me a new drink so it wasn’t really a slush consistency anymore it was just syrup. There was also a group with the girls that came before us and when they made the order they automatically had got there food before us that they ordered but not there drinks and the drinks were made horribly.DO NOT...

I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through behind a single car. The girl in the car was talking the whole time with girl working the drive-through window, totally oblivious of me and the 7 cars behind me, two of whom drove off angrily after giving up on the wait. I was wedged in too tight to drive off so I finally honked my horn to let them know other customers do exist. The brat in the car in front of me promptly gave me the finger and finally left, after I'm pretty sure her friend working the window kept giving her bags of food for free since I saw no money or credit cards or cell phone payments being exchanged. I had my window rolled down and could her her asking for more items at.the.window!!! Whatever she wanted - free. This is called stealing. No wonder this place is always out of stuff - frozen coffee mix, eggs, etc. They are giving it away to their friends or they are just too lazy to prepare the food and drinks. When my turn came, both the girl in the drive-through window and the other young man working there glared at me. Then I heard them say "What's her order?" I said "Nevermind" and drove off. I'm sure they would have spat in my coffee. Never going to this Dunkin...

This store has completely gone the drain sense there last manger. Danielle was the best manager that had this operation she ran it correctly and made sure to make her customers happy and have the keep coming back. I visited this store on Friday may 9th for some loaded hashbrowns with extra queso I didn’t get even the slightest extra queso very disappointed. Then may 10th I went with my family I ordered a refresher said I want sparking water on the ticket on cup it said sparkling water and green tea and I got green tea. My snacking bacon I got wasn’t even cooked at all I know it’s pre cooked stuff but it just wasn’t how it normally is rubber looking and then I had loaded hashbrowns the bacon on top was so rubber tasting and looking and way to much the whole top of it was filled with bacon. Very disappointing and how sad the management team isn’t trying to fix anything or follow the Dunkin way.
