ZERO STARS! I need to start by saying, I am easy to please when it comes to dining. I generally never post reviews, but this was so terrible, I could not let others waste their money here. First timers, we saw great reviews so I ordered take-out for the family, almost $60 bucks of disgusting meals. The meat, was all fatty, chewy, rubbery gross. We ordered the Pad Thai Noodles with chicken, half of the ingredients were missing, chicken was repulsive, no fresh green onion, nothing good. The egg was ground up, grimy, stringy egg - if that is even possible. Sweet and sour chicken - same fatty, rubbery chicken. The pork lo-mein and the fried wontons had some kind of over cooked, dried, nasty meat inside - could not even eat it, disgusting! Fried Crab Rangoons-no crab at all, not even immitation, just cream cheese. We even had trouble with the order, we ordered the vegetable chop suey, they said we did not, that we ordered the veg chow mein and it would take too long to get the chop suey - disgusting food, bad customer service. What happened?!? We used to order often from here and always enjoyed the food. Haven’t been in a while - for no particular reason- and decided to order takeout. The interior used to be welcoming and clean with a super friendly staff. Now the place no longer has seating, just takeout and it looks horrible like many other unappetizing takeout places . The food was such a disappointment.!! Last time I ordered from this place was 2016, and I had the same experience. A simple common order, general tsao chicken, was old and tough. It is a regular issue with these restaurants to cook in bulk and reheat. The food was handed to me like warm. With the 2nd item I ordered tonight was sweet and sour chicken.
