Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

If no stars were an option I would give them 0/5 because at the beginning of the year my friend and I would come after our classes and all of the workers were sweet and kind and our orders were made correctly and came fast, now the staff is rude, neglectful, passive aggressive and our orders take forever, and by the time it takes them to make our orders they are done incorrectly (I used to work at a dunkin I know how long it takes to make an item and I also know that an iced latte is not the same as an iced macchiato and that a hot chai latte does not mean frozen chai latte since there is no such thing as a frozen chai) we would understand if Dunkin’ was busy because mistakes do happen however we were the only 2 in the store...

The lady at the front that’s always there (she might be the manager )is always so rude and passive aggressive. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it asked if they can add a little more mango pineapple on my refresher because it tasted bitter. I didn’t think it would be an issue to put a splash more. She gave the biggest attitude about it being very passive aggressive. I’ve been going there almost every morning now for about 6 weeks as it is close to my school. Nonetheless each and every single time the lady at the register has gotten something on my order wrong and each time I’ve tried to correct it the staff would be very rude and condescending about it each and every time. I understand food service can be a stressful job but that is no reason for such terrible customer service. They are rude and you can just tell that they don’t want to be there.
