Extremely disappointing experience at the drive-through at this location (2nd time now, hence decided to write this review). Placed my order (had to repeat some items 2x, which is totally fine). When I drove to to the pay/pick-up window, the lady who had taken my order had missed 2 items (which is again perfectly fine and can happen). However, her reaction was to totally act surprised and blame me as if the items were not ordered in the 1st place. She was standing in the background and even said "What the F?" in surprised tone, assuming I would not hear it ! Her co-worker who was handling the payment, was very nice on the contrary and apologized for not getting the order correct. She requested I pull up ahead, which I did and that they would deliver the food to me. After waiting for another 8 minutes the same 'What the F" lady came up and literally shoved the bag into my hands without even saying a word. I did not say the customary thank you either as I was completely upset at this point. I did not want to get into a verbal duel with her at this point as I had my little girl in the car with me, but was determined to write this up in a formal review as (i hope!) that would have a better impact. This experience has definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth and is something that no one expects from any service establishment in this day/age. DD and franchise owners definitely need to look into training employees better and/or managing their workload IF this is a result of them working...

My boyfriend placed an order for me through the app, through the drive thru only to show up and be told they couldnāt find it. After waiting patiently for what felt like an eternity, I was eventually told that they had no record of my order. I showed them my screen shots of said order, but that didnāt matter. The staff was not only unhelpful but downright rude. Instead of attempting to fix the issue or make any effort to apologize, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of accountability. At no point was I offered an alternative solution or even a hint of customer care. The whole thing felt like they just wanted me to leave and forget the entire ordeal, but letās be clearāthis will not be forgotten. To top it all off, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager wasnāt available until wedesnday. If this is the kind of service this Dunkin' Donuts expects to offer, they can keep their stale donuts and overpriced coffee. I have yet to have a successful Dunkin experience here otherwise. They are regularly out of specific donuts and munchkins but will still accept and charge you on door dash, then send it out with just a drink! On a different occasion, they accepted a door dash order, then had the delivery person call ME to cancel because "they're out of donuts" - please note, if the customer is the one who cancels, the restaurant keeps the money. I learned my lesson and haven't ordered again.
On my most recent and final try, we placed a drive-thru order for 2 bagels with our drinks. I checked the bag as we pulled away. Only one (burnt) bagel was in the bag, no big deal, right? We'll just run back in!
Whoever was in charge that day was rude about it and almost accusatory about the missing bagel/whether we ordered at all. Less than 3 minutes had elapsed between getting the order, noticing the missing item, pulling back in to park and going inside the building - there was no vague "oh i was here earlier/yesterday/last week". Listen, I'm not trying to scam you for a free bagel...
