Incredible experience at Glennpeter in Clifton Park. Walking in, my girlfriend and I were greeted and quickly offered water, coffee, beer or wine. Not something I expected, but a very nice touch. It was a great start and the rest of our visit proceeded accordingly. Dawn was incredible to work with!

My girlfriend didn't know exactly what she wanted, but she had an idea. Dawn listened patiently to get all of the information my girlfriend had to offer, then walked us through the process, from zeroing in on the kind of stone and cut to the ring itself, including the arrangement of smaller stones around the main setting (I'm a typical guy- the terminology is probably wrong, but you get the point). The entire experience was friendly and low-pressure, which has not been the case at other jewelers we've visited.

My girlfriend and I feel very lucky that we stopped into Glennpeter when we did. Dawn and the rest of the team took excellent care of us, and I'm confident that they'll do the same for you. My girlfriend got exactly what she wanted, which is the part I'm happiest about. We'll be back for...

I had an extremely disappointing and frankly insulting experience at this jeweller. I brought in a 3 carat natural diamond ring—a significant, high-value piece—and was absolutely stunned when they offered me $450 for it. That offer wasn’t just low; it was offensive!!! It showed either a complete lack of respect, or a blatant attempt to take advantage of me.

But it didn’t stop there. After making that laughable offer, they had the audacity to suggest I trade my natural 3 carat diamond for a much smaller lab-grown diamond. As if I wouldn’t know the difference—or worse, as if I wouldn’t care. It was incredibly shady, and felt like a deliberate attempt to scam me.

I’ve since had my ring appraised by two reputable professionals, and unsurprisingly, it’s worth many thousands more than what I was offered here.

This place clearly preys on people they assume don’t know better. If you have anything of real value, do yourself a favor and steer clear. There is absolutely nothing honest about how...

I met with the store manager Adam, we talked about what needed to be done to fix my mothers heart pendant. The piece needed a lot of TLC, including a small diamond to replace one that was missing from the set. I told Adam this pendant is something that's very important to me and my family. He assured me he'd be personally responsible for the item and quoted me a good price. About a week passes, I get a call from Adam that the pendant is back on site for me to look at and possibly take home, if it passed my inspection. The Glennpeter Jewelers team did a fantastic job restoring this pendant back to its original beauty. I was literally left speechless when I looked at the pendants new and vibrant condition. I couldn't be happier with how the pendant looks, the customer service from Adam (and his team), and the caring nature they displayed for my item. They gave me and my family something we thought we lost to time. I will always come back to this store for any future jewelry business....
