This particular Starbucks has been one of the worst I've visited! The crew working there provided such poor service with attitude!
forced to pay cash if you walk in, even though their credit machine was working at drive-thru They had attitude with customers One of the crew members followed left his post, followed us outside to our car, made fun of us, and went back in. When we were driving away, every employee there sarcastically waved goodbye and kept laughing at us! My wife couldn't use the restroom because both of their restrooms were locked for over 15 minutes, when confronted they constantly reported that "someone must be in there" and would come to check!
If we had more time, I would've called police and reported the crews' bullying and unnecessary attitude.
Luckily, I don't pass through that area and it wasn't the first time visiting Starbucks; otherwise, I'd never be visiting any other Starbucks in my lifetime!
In short, avoid this location if you have a choice!!!! I hope management will do something to...

We were confused and said that we didn’t have one. Instead of simply letting us know that we were in the wrong lane, the woman “taking” our order instead berated my parter and told her that she’s “refusing service” to her.
Never in all my life did I think such a small mistake would cause such an aggressive response from a customer service worker to the point she straight up refused to serve us - heck, we would have fine to just swing back around and jump to the back of the line! Read moreI was given a gift card for Starbucks for Christmas. I was across the street on Southpark, in the village of Hamburg doing some shopping and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I was having a really bad day and just wanted to treat myself. Im not familiar with their menu of cold drinks. A very sweet girl named Rachael, walked out of the back room and could see the confusion on my face. She took so much time with me to figure out exactly what I was looking for in taste, consistency, creaminess and flavors etc. I have never had such amazing customer service! She definitely changed my bad day into a good one. It’s the little things in life that can make someone’s day! Thank you Rachael! I hope you get to see this review! The world needs more...
