First let me start by saying I have 2 degrees in business management and work with customers on a regular basis. As soon as I walked in a was greated very politely followed by "is there anything I can help you with today" by store manager Jim Q. After telling him what I was looking for he walked me directly to it, even grabbing me a bag to put my nuts and bolts purchase in. He then asked if there was anything he could help with to which I replied I also needed a rug doctor. He said he'd have an associate up front right away to assist me. I didn't catch his name but he to was very polite and knowledgeable and made me a key after checking me out my rug doctor. Even while being checked out he brought the keys code up to the counter while it was cutting so I didn't haveto wait any longer than necessary. Then the cashier Matti was very nice and professional and finished of the whole experience to keep the customer service level at an all time high. I rarely ever walk out of a store blown away but the team at this store that I encountered deserve ever bit of recognition as they succeed in giving the highest customer service while having smiles on their faces. My wife went for sand to add weight as she does each year for winter driving . She stopped in after calling ahead to ask if someone could assist in loading the 2 50lb bags she was going to get. They did assist in getting them to her car. However before she could get back to the trunk from moving 2 items to her passenger area the person dropped both in the center of a very small trunk, making her trunk unusable. The person who helped walked quickly back into the store . So proffesionally dressed she has to try and move both bags of sand to make room and also finds the bags opened when dropped in and now has a fair amount of sand in the carpet. Thanks for the great service !!! Now we will have to remove the sand bags to get a detail company to remove the sand in the carpet and re bag and put the sand in again properly distributed. So coat and clothes covered in salt from moving the sand side to side will need dry cleaning ... plus the detail . Priceless . Thanks Valu made another...

After 2 other hardware stores, I was lucky to find the exact kitchen faucet I needed (there must be issues in the supply chain or everyone else also has the same faucets. 🤣). EITHER WAY, the two gentlemen that came over to help me were both professionally kind and helpful. Turns out that particular faucet was ALSO on clearance!!! BAM BAM!!! That's what I call retail, y'all! Keep it up!!!
