I took my son to the Copper Cricket during its opening week. I always order a veggie omelet when I go out for breakfast and I can honestly tell you this was the best omelet I have ever had. I also had a side of bacon and it tasted fresh and was also delicious. I have never been a huge fan of home fries but my omelet came with a side of them. I think maybe I've just been trying the wrong home fries because they tasted amazing and I will absolutely be getting them again. My son also LOVED his pancakes. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully with lots of copper throughout. As if all of that wasn't enough to try this new diner, the staff is out of this world! The host was friendly and accommodating, the waitress was very upbeat and fun and the chef himself even walked around to the tables and asked how the food was! I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for the full trifecta of dining out, this is the place!

Btw: MANY...

Was lucky enough to experience the soft opening day of the Copper Cricket. Hamilton had been waiting over two years for this place to open and so far I can say it was worth the wait. I first arrived for lunch and was warmly welcomed by the staff and my server Reagan. I was immediately told that they were only serving breakfast, which was not a problem because they have some pretty good crossover between lunch and breakfast on the menu. I ended up with the California Sandwich which was a play on a BLT with fried green tomatoes, whipped goat cheese and avocado served on a homemade focaccia bread. The bread was incredibly soft and delicious and all of the flavors were on point. Finished with coffee and a homemade cream puff. First impressions, everything was incredibly well executed and service was top notch and Reagan was attentive and personable. Thanks for the delicious meal and I look forward to many more. Welcome...

My mother ordered a crepe that was on the menu, then received a totally different kind of crepe. Asked the waiter what happened and apparently they don’t serve it anymore. So why is it on the menu? And why did the waiter just ring up a different crepe. Whatdahelly?

Another issue we had was the fact that I ordered the prime rib cheesesteak skillet and the waiter rung that up wrong as well. He instead gave me one of the other breakfast skillets. There was onions on top of both options so I didn’t think anything of it until after I ate a good amount and realized there was little bacon bits in the skillet. I AM MUSLIM. I CANT EAT BACON DAWG. Thankfully we got a refund which was calm but big mistakes all around. Other than the service,...

The food was excellent. Service was friendly but slightly slow (though it was fine). I enjoyed the variety of the menu and the eggs in both of our dishes were cooked perfectly. All was super flavorful. The portions are enormous, no way to finish them. Of course I would always like to see less single-use packaging for sugar and cream. But they had cloth napkins which was appreciated. Large groups should come early. Lots of counter space.

My pancake tacos were okay, good flavor. But my own personal opinion is that Pico and salsa just doesn't pair well with a pancake shell. We were disappointed to find that the crepes were pre-packaged, not fresh, not warm at all, and quite dry. I couldn't make sense of the pricing on the menu. For instance, an omelette priced at $17.95 the same way a steak and two eggs is $17.95. Some of the cinnamon buns looked very appealing
