very rude service. went there with friends and were told that there was a 1 hour time limit on the table because they were busy - no problem. the people at the front said that somebody at the table needed to order food, so one of my friends did and we were told it was fine as long as one of us ordered food. the other 2 of us ordered $5+ coffees. before i even got the chance to finish my coffee, the owner came up to us and told us that we needed to order food to stay and within 10 minutes, he came over two more times. i apologized and said that we weren't aware all of us had to order food and that we would leave once our friend got the food she ordered because we came with her. he then proceeded to kick us out, even though i was barely done with the coffee i ordered and we were being very nice. i would be more understanding if we were told once we arrived or when we were ordering that all of us needed to order food in order to not be kicked out. it's a coffee shop and we thought that it would be okay for a couple of us to order coffee and sit (within the 1 hour limit we were told) while our friend ate the food she ordered. i used to be a regular customer, however, will not be going...

The owners take serious pride in their craftsmanship. Delicious coffee and a quality limited menu. Small areas for outdoor seating are available. Coffee beans are available for purchase and if you just want to try a coffee without purchasing a full pound, sample packets for purchase are also available. Great idea. No outside food is allowed and this is strictly enforced. Our toddler had a Dunkin Donut munchkin (which they don't sell) in hand (ya know parents, a happy kid is a non-crying kid) and we were scolded by the owner. At times the wait staff has been a little less than attentive. We have left without purchase after waiting at the counter and not even being acknowledged by staff. They were not busy but if they are, the wait can be long. There are limited hours, so you may need to check the web or if you are traveling a distance, call. Lowered rating is due to service and treatment. So...the good, the bad, and the ugly. Without children in tow, we'll be...

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is friendly, the renovations are simply beautiful and the workers are quick to answer any questions you may have!

Their coffee is incredible! They'll happily hand press any cup you ask for and their tea selection is packed! It can seem a bit overwhelming but don't be scared to ask about them!

This is a wonderful addition to Hamilton! I'm so excited to support a small business...
