Great wings with just the right amount of crisp, not soggy and chewy, and not fried to a crisp - just right and medium of delicious, even for the spice wimps like me. A Utican's Opinion: this pizza is very well priced given the neighborhood. The bake was even, creating a perfect consistency of cheese. However, I thought the amount of cheese slightly outbalanced the sauce, and this can give such style pizza a greasy flavor. In short, good mechanics, but the recipe could use a tweak. The cheese pizza slice taste the same, and the prices are still the same as it was 14 years ago! This place has not changed one bit. They still sell the “slices come plain only” tshirt too for $10. NY pizza slices at its finest and for $2/slice. Colgate staple....
