TLDR: waited 30 minutes inside with a packed crowd because my drinks were made wrong and were unrecognizable to what I ordered, so I didn’t know to grab them. Wasn’t given a receipt for the order.
I NEVER leave reviews like this, mainly because I don’t like putting blame on service industry workers when they don’t get paid enough anyway. But this was an awful experience overall and I won’t be stopping here again. Went inside to avoid the drive through line that was holding up traffic at the intersection, huge mistake.
Total wait inside was around 30 minutes standing inside. It turns out this is because my order was called out with different items than ordered: Was given a large iced latte that was the wrong flavor and also lacked the extra shots of espresso I specifically ordered for this large drink, and the cappuccino that was ordered was iced, instead of hot as ordered, and my extra shots were in this drink instead somehow. Oh, and I also ordered some donuts which I had to remind someone to get as they were forgotten. I ended up taking the messed up order as I’d already stood inside for over 30 minutes after putting the order in and wasn’t about to stand there and have them remade.
Was also not given any kind of receipt for this order anyway. Will not be by again. Too high traffic during a weekend morning and clearly a lack of supplies and staff. Felt bad for the staff there as they seemed just as frustrated as the other customers there who were also having...

I ordered a coffee and they charged me extra $2.00 for almond milk and still got it wrong , then when I asked for more the lady wanted to argue with me about it, didn’t even put my food I ordered in the bag. I already waited 15 mins I had to drive back and get the food and it was completely cold. Drove back again because I wanted hot food and they treated me absolutely horrible. I would rather drive the distance to another Dunkin’ Donuts then to ever go here. They need new management and workers. What happened to customer service ?
