Subway — Restaurant in Town of Hamilton

I went to get some lunch as I am in town for a college event and when I walked in there was a younger woman and an older woman in there. I have never felt more uncomfortable in an eating establishment in my whole life. The way the older woman was treating the younger member of staff was unbelievable, it made me feel so awkward and upset for the young girl. I rarely write reviews but I am writing this hoping someone see’s it at the store. The older woman was treating her like trash but the young girl still served me with a smile and was very helpful and nice, just a shame about the older woman who was very rude to her colleague and also very impatient and rude with the other customers in her store. What a shame someone has to go through that when they are working trying to get money. Hope someone in the store see’s this and it is addressed. I used to go here all the time under the previous owner, but after the new ownership swap, things have really gone downhill. I got a sandwich recently, and bit in to it to find a clump of hair in my sandwich. I was very grossed out and returned the sub, and got a new one instead. Their hours are also not accurate on google, and are closed at random times throughout the week which are not consistent. However, what caused me to write the review was that recently, some family and friends went to subway during our lunch breaks. The service was extremely slow, but once we got our food things were fine at first. However, almost all of us got food poisoning within about 1-2 hours of so of eating lunch. Really fresh sub, and super friendly staff, really clean place. It's easy to miss, it's awkwardly placed into the side of a Dunkin, however the restaurants are separated on the inside, which is a good thing. Interior is modern feeling, cozy and chill vibe. I wish there was a better parking situation because the Dunkin drive thru goes right past its front door, so look both ways before you cross. A lil gripe, but there is potential for danger. Especially when the Dunkin semi tractor trailer is dropping food off in the parking lot at the same time, which was my unfortunate timing. Would...
