Bad enough I was rushed into placing my order, I was literally treated like some type of scammer. I walked in and informed the employee that I was in the process of placing a mobile order. He continued to ask multiple times what I wanted despite me completing my online transaction. I told him that everything will be on the receipt once it prints out. Nevertheless, I told him what I was ordering and he proceeded to make my sandwich. While he was doing that, I paid for my sandwich online and the order alert was submitted. As the employee was about to charge me, I informed him that the sandwich was already paid for and he decided to keep me there until and said he wanted to verify my name. Then after verification, he wanted to call the phone number that was on my receipt. He called the number and LONG AND BEHOLD MY PHONE RINGS. Of course it would. It's my order like I have been telling the employee. Does he do this to all the customers or just the minorities? If he had not rushed me, this complication would probably not have come about. Furthermore, I could not understand how this was a complicated situation to begin with when I placed my order online in his face.

Read moreI ordered a tuna sandwich on DoorDash….it had NO tuna in it, no exaggeration. I always order tuna sandwiches and usually the tuna is spilling out. It’s usually resembles the advertised picture. I ordered from this location yesterday and it was regular and just like the other locations. But today when I ordered there was no Tuna in the sandwich and when I called the woman refused to acknowledge it and asked what time I ordered the sandwich yesterday . It doesn’t matter. So when I went in person no accommodation was made, poor customer service and very uncomfortable. The sandwiches are inconsistent. Terrible place will be blocking from my DoorDash.
