I had heard a lot of good things about this place, specifically the coffee, so I decided to give it a try. My friends and I drove quite a distance to check it out. We arrived half an hour before closing, and were told by the girl that the coffee machines had already been cleaned, so they weren't serving coffees. Unprofessional and unfortunate, considering we had just driven all that way, which we lightly explained to her. But she didn't care.

A few days later, we decided to try again. This time, we went early. We were greeted nicely by a different girl, but were served horribly. Not only did she completely mess up our orders, but she refused to accept all but one of the coupons we presented to her. She claimed that they could not be used altogether, even though I asked her to do separate transactions, and there were multiple people with me. The coupons themselves said they could not be combined with other offers, NOT that only one could be used per visit. There's a difference. Either way, they were still going to get money from us whether she allowed me to use the coupons or not. If you're not going to honor your offers, don't distribute them in the first place, and don't make up your own rules on the spot. Coming here was a huge waste of time, gas, and money.

Price for cookie would be fine if there were people in the store actually making and baking them fresh as per needed.

But there is only 1 worker on staff at a time.. this plus the high variety of cookies displayed means a lot of pre baked cookies left in a heated area to give you a warmish cookie. What ends up happening is the cookie is good within 15 minutes.. but if left longer than half an hour.. it begins to get stale and dry due to being left out for too long.

Owner wants suggestions, bake cookies and keep them covered, and room temperature. Reheat cookies in a small oven per order.. or give cold as per customer request based on when they will be eaten.

If you need to, hire an extra helper to ensure this can happen.

Girl in front was very nice. Banana cookie had overpowering artificial flavor. Churro Nutella lacked a “churro” identity. We didn’t try other flavors.
