Shake Shack Oceanside — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I had no idea a Shake Shack opened up in Oceanside. I always go to the one in Garden City. Well, I had to go to Amazon Fresh to return a package, saw it passing by, and decided to get food for myself and my family. I ordered on the app and waited until I got the “food is almost ready, head inside” text to go in. I was expecting it to be like Garden City where someone is posted at the takeout bag stand and calls out your name then gives you your food but no one was there. They just put your food on the stand and walkaway. Every time a bag came out all the people waiting would gather around to see if it was their food which was annoying. When I finally got my food, I checked to make sure everything was in there and it was. The food was fresh and good. Actually tasted better than Garden City. My family all loved their food and even asked for Shake Shack again the next day which I went back and got. The takeout setup was the same but it wasn’t packed like the first time I went as you can see in the pictures. Charged me $8.49 for a chicken tender on a bun. When I inquired with the "manager" if this was the normal size of the chicken she looked at me, said "yes" and walked away. Good job Shake Shack with putting out consistent "quality". The cashier taking orders was filthy, I didn't want to be rude and take a picture of him, in hindsight I should have as that should have been the first indication that this was going to be an absolute disaster. The dining area was extremely loud, I couldn't hear my daughter or have a normal conversation over the blaring music. The table tops were all covered in crumbs from previous patrons. This experience really changed my mind about patronizing Shake Shack as a whole in the future, and I always go the one in Westbury and...

we were served @ our table our server, Khaleil, checked in with us mid-meal to inquire whether we were enjoying it and whether we needed anything our server, Khaleil, was extremely polite and professional both in demeanor and appearance table was nice and clean napkins, condiments etc were neat and well stocked speedy service with food served nice and hot and custard nice and cold our server, Khaleil, was attentive to when we finished our meal and returned to clear the table and ask if we wanted anything else
