Now, let me tell you these cookies these cookies, these cookies yummy Yum Yum Yum fun fun, fun eating those delicious cookies. they are so good that you just want to sing like I walked in and I was belting. It was so good before I even tried it. I knew it was gonna be good. You smelled the sugar the confectionery sugars so good the entire confection so so good my mouth was watering my jaw dropped those cookies looked at me. I looked at them and I knew this is about to be a beautiful experience. I didn’t even know what to do as soon as I walked into those doors and smelt the cookies I knew I was gonna gain 50 pounds I just knew it like I saw the calorie count and even then did I make my order of 15 cookies 15 I just couldn’t help myself even though I didn’t even try those cookies and I knew before I got to try them that those were gonna be the best cookies I’ve ever ever ever tasted like I could taste the cookies before I even tasted them that makes any sense. I smell them and I could taste it like you know when something just like you know when you could see a picture and it just like looks like it taste good that’s why that’s what happened when I saw those cookies I looked at it and I knew it was gonna taste amazing even before I got to taste them, but let’s get onto the good part when I went to go order Jose looked at me and he said he, sir, you seem to be looking for something. What would you like to order? I said please Jose don’t make things harder, I want everything. He smiled at me and he laughed gave me a little Hardy chuckle and said, of course, sir I’ll give you everything on this menu. I left back, but I knew that I seriously did want everything on the menu. I was about to consume the entire concept. my favorite was the original blue monster that one just taste so good like even when I had it again. It taste good, but I also not gonna lie that that’s kind of basic one. I really liked at the time there was the Twix one I think is what it’s called. It tasted exactly like the Twix candy. Oh my God, the caramel dripping kissing so good. It was just so good like the cookie itself was so soft unlike those cookies you get from chips ahoy these cookies were so soft and unlike any other. I love soft cookies as much as the next Santa, but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I did into that cookie and it was so soft. It started crumbling in my mouth. No wonder they called it Crumbl cookie because that cookie did crumble it really did. I know it I know it will it really did and I just really enjoyed it like This is the day that I will try the best cookie.

Fancy app, mediocre cookies, and incompetent staff. What a debacle. I promised my students Crumbl cookies. I pre-ordered 3 boxes to be delivered to my school. Only two boxes came - the nightmare began. I called the store to rectify and was put on hold for 15 minutes - I hung up and called back. Finally, I was told the missing box would come within the hour. An hour later it had not arrived. I called back and was told 1 more hour. I said I would be there in 15 minutes to pick it up myself - I drove on my prep time to pick it up. I did not want to disappoint my class! I arrived and waited at the counter. No one greeted me , I said whom I was there for the missing delivery box. Never - not even 1 apology still throughout all this whole process. I asked for a refund for the inconvenience and was met with blank stares - no one in the store was able to maneuver their computer system, so nothing was rectified. I had just finished shopping at Marshalls and realized a Crumbl cookie was now open in the lot. I decided to try 1 large cookie (s’mores brownie) because of all the hype surrounding Crumbl. There wasn’t any other customers when I went in so that was good. The store is very cute and clean. You have to check out at their kiosk, which is easy to use. As soon as I paid, I heard my name called. The rep showed me the cookie and asked if it was good. I said yes because I wasn’t sure what else I was supposed to say. But that whole experience was the only good thing about Crumbl because the cookie was absolutely disgusting. The brownie was hard and flavorless. The cookie was undercooked, completely doughy. The huge chocolate chips did not taste like chocolate. The only edible piece was the melted marshmallow in the middle. My teen daughter was with me and tried a piece.
