Manager was unnecessarily difficult. I tried to order a end of the day package from Too Good to Go and my kids are lactose intolerant. She absolutely refused to tell me if the items would be dairy overnight oats that they couldn't eat. She just stood there smiling obnoxiously saying it's a surprise. I have dealt with many different establishments and they will say or make sure there aren't milk items. She wouldn't even say how many items would be in the package. She stated she was the manager, the girl at the counter was extremely sweet but this woman was so obnoxious I would not go back anymore. I used to go in occasionally for coffee or other items but there are so many better places it isn't worth it. The app is great for businesses to get rid of the items they have left over at the end of the day but this place keeps the old bakery items for the customers to eat the next day. Even now as I am writing the review a man who I assume is the owner just told me I couldn't stand on the side to write the review and said he will dispute it. Went in there with my daughter we were going to eat there , but I wanted to look at the food , menu. she was thirsty so she went ahead and bought a regular size bottle of water for 3.50 and asked to use the restroom , they told told her it wasn’t working??? Really in a supposed to be healthy food eatery with RUFF AGE and othe other easily digestible edibles and your bathroom is working??? It didn’t say broken on the door simply ask manager for key, if the bathroom isn’t working close the store until it is, whoever the owner of this establishment is will not last in Oceanside and rightfully so, my 23 year old daughter really needed to go to the bathroom and she even bought an overpriced water because I was taking too long, shame on this place hoping to see a more professional friendly go green establishment put...

I have tried so hard to give this place a chance after a chance. I’m not coming here at all again. Let me start off with the salad bar wasn’t covered at all. Flies where landing on the toppers and proteins. That’s disgusting. Which was the number one reason as to why I was going to this place in the first place. NEVER again. Second, the staff doesn’t knowledge anyone who comes to their establishment. Third, the coffee at this place was disgusting. Overall water down and mostly milk.
