No one should ever walk into an establishment to be met by music with someone saying "N$&&@" repeatedly in a song with the volume at its highest level. Is this Club Dunkin Donuts? Disrespectful. Staff, especially the dreadful black boy, Disrespectful!! He skipped over me to serve the customer standing behind me ASSUMING yet not ASKING if I had been served. you all really need to calm down with this whole “horrible service” thing. Many of them are NEW and training takes time. you stuck up people need to realize fast food service isn’t always easy and sometimes they are SHORT STAFFED. i’ve had to have people wait for as long as 20 minutes in a drive thru due to only one person working or people in training. Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts if you want them to change your order because it’s not how you normally receive ordering the same coffee for 3 years now. I only went because my location that I have been going to for 17 years is closed. But they are quick to jump on an attitude when you ask them to fix the coffee that you request the same way and to top it off they don’t recognize there customers and accuse you of being someone else who apparently does it often.
