Bigoted Tendencies towards Black People - My family have frequented this establishment for years. My son was working at the high school down the street from this particular Donuts. When he was finishing for the day, we spoke and he wanted to take a walk. So, he asked for us to meet up at Dunkin Donuts where we will have coffee and have some father-son bonding time. When I arrived, my son just came out to the car. He wanted to go home immediately because he need to use the restroom to relieve himself. I asked why he didn’t use the restroom inside. He told me when he got there he decided to use the restroom and as soon as he entered and closed the door, a man began pounding on the door yelling for him to get out of that bathroom. There was only one man in Dunkin Donuts and he was behind the counter. After being informed of this, I entered the Dunkin‘ Donuts and pointed to the person (he was the only Male inside). I then began to remind him that my entire family has shopped here for years and I questioned why he took it upon himself to single out my son who has just finished working as the high school up the street and I was meeting him here for coffee and a smack. Instead of him being truthful, he tried to lie to me and say it was an elderly lady that was knocking on the door. There was no elderly that was inside it recently exited. He had discussion with the others behind the counter in their native tongue. The lady at the register got a little nervous and quietly apologized about that happening to him. The person behind the register said nothing. This is why I frequent Starbucks and will not go to not only this Dunkin Donuts - We will not but from any Dunkin Donuts ever again. (Bigoted tendencies - for some that is ok - not me) Black Buyer...

They must’ve changed ownership within the last couple months/year because every time I order my on the go coffee there’s always soo much milk in it, when I purposely order it with “one milk” because I’m lactose intolerant. It’s very annoying to constantly having to go back to them and interrupt them and ask them to fix my coffee every single time. Some days I’m in such a rush for work and I don’t bother to look or taste of coffee be4 hand & run out and it ends up being a literally a cup filled with milk and I end up just throwing it out and going to another Dunkin’ Donuts that will actually make my coffee right,it’s a waste of my money honestly. I lived in this area for over 20 years And haven’t had this issue since this year. Maybe it’s all the brand new employees I don’t know how to make the coffee is correct I’m not quite sure. But it’s pretty annoying… The other people that used to work there knew my name by all the orders I put in daily and would make sure that there was one milk in my coffee…apparently these new people...

Horrible people are working here. Dirty and Soooo rude!!!!! When I told the girl I did not want my egg crosandwich because she was not using gloves or a hat and started to scratch her head and then was putting my egg crosandwich back together again. She told me to mind my own business. She couldn’t have been more than 18 years old this rude little dwarf. I will be initiating a formal complaint to the Nassau County health department to report these individuals. I ha e gotten women’s black hair in my coffee on more than one occasion. I even told the manager and it’s almost as if they just do not care. They might be able to get away with that kind of stuff in India, but in the United States we have laws to...
