Hing Long Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

This is my old Chinese restaurant from the old neighborhood. One of the best in the valley stream area. Food taste fresh and good and the prices on par for today's climate. Good menu option from appetizers to main dishes, with even American fare of chicken wings with fries, etc. I especially love the rib tips with pork fried rice, which you can't get the further east on the long you go. Decided to try this place out tonight after reading the reviews you have listed. The food sesame chicken overcooked and dry, beef fried rice with very little beef, fried dumplings overcooked on one side with raw dough in the middle. If this is what people have been raving about they can keep it! No I will not be returning. This place is terrible! Shames chinese food. If I could give negative number i would. I only ever get steamed dumplings or sesame chicken from here but they make it so well it's had me coming here for years, dispite living nowhere nearby. Not over breaded like so many other places
