Great place if you’re getting pizza if you want anything else go to a different restaurant. I orders their italian wedding soup as everyone had told me it was very good. It took then 26 minutes to bring out the soup and i was served a greasy watered down tomato soup with meatballs. On their instagram they have a lovely picture of their italian wedding soup and it looks great but if i wanted a meatball pizza i would have ordered one. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant mess up this badly. If you don't have the soup just tell me i can order something else don’t make me wait 26 minutes for something i don't want and didn’t order. It also made me extremely sick. As a long-standing customer of Napolini's, today's experience has led to my decision to terminate my patronage. Visiting at 8:15pm, I encountered limited options: two cheese slices and a few specialty slices. My request for two cheese and two pepperoni slices was declined. I opted for two pepperoni slices. However, upon the arrival of two couples, the staff prepared a fresh pie for them. I was subsequently informed that a fresh pie required a minimum purchase of four slices, a policy that should have been disclosed from the outset. Hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to! The margarita slice is absolutely phenomenal perfectly crisp crust, fresh basil, rich tomato sauce, and just the right amount of mozzarella. You can really taste the quality in every bite.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe of the whole place makes you want to come back again and again. Karla does an amazing job managing everything she keeps things running smoothly and always makes sure customers are taken care of. You can tell she really cares about the experience.
