I cannot say enough great things about Anthony and Bounce 4 Entertainment! We hired them just five days before our event, and from the very first interaction, everything was handled with total professionalism and care.

Anthony’s communication was top-notch — he was always quick to respond via phone and text, and no question was too big or too small. He patiently answered everything, making us feel confident and supported every step of the way.

He met every single requirement of our venue, from providing proof of insurance, to using a generator and sandbags instead of stakes — all with zero hassle. Not only that, but Anthony actually beat me to the venue the morning of the event for drop-off! Talk about reliable and punctual.

Pick-up was just as seamless — he arrived right on time and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Truly, this could not have been a better or easier experience.

I usually am not a person who gives review, but I just HAD TO BRAG about how AMAZING this company was for my daughter's first birthday party held I held over the weekend. I originally had another bouncy house company I booked, but had to cancel the contract last minute because they could not provide the proper insurance. So I reached out to this company literally 5 days before my daughter's birthday party and they were able to provide everything I needed. I booked the bouncy house, cotton candy and popcorn machine. Had a contract ready for me by the end of the day. Very transparent with the prices they gave me and the prices on their website. On the day of, their staff was timely, professional and provided such amazing service. My best friend recommended me to bounce 4 entertainment. If I can give more than 5 stars I would Bounce 4 entertainment made my sons graduation party 100x better I was looking for a good water slide where I rented one of their waterside the guy Anthony helped me a lot sent me a list of there different type of slides etc they came by a day before to set it up and before the event he explained to me how to use it also the day of the event he reached out and wanted to know how everything was working for a person who works in customer service and works with people I really appreciated the time and courtesy to reach out and see how where the kids enjoying the waterslide .. price was in my budget also has other option not just waterslide I recommend bounce 4 entertainment to all my family and friends where my sister will be renting from them as well.
