The empanadas are AMAZING & the food is unbelievable - however I will never order or give my business to this place ever again after the staff had been incredibly rude to me time after time every time i visit. Today I ordered 30 empanadas with Dari and the order was simple (10 beef, 10 chicken, & 10 cheese). The salvadorian girl packed my order with 20 chicken empanadas and 10 beef empanadas (not mentioning her nasty attitude). This is for a company party where some employees don’t eat meat & I specifically said this while placing my order over the phone. I called to request they fix my order by sending the correct number of cheese empanadas that they didn’t include. The response i received after my request to Dari was she resorted to hanging up my call & when i tried to call back numerous times to resolve this they left the line with a dial tone so no calls can go through to their business. I will not return I have been a loyal customer of Punto Rojo Uniondale, but after repeated disappointments, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Over my last three visits, my orders have consistently been incorrect, and my concerns have been disregarded. Each time, I ordered a mix of empanadas chicken, beef, or cheese empanadas, yet all three times, I received the wrong items. On one occasion, I only received beef, with no chicken or cheese empanadas at all. The second time, I was charged for seven empanadas but only received six, an unacceptable mistake. And today, despite previously expressing my dissatisfaction to the lady manager or lady owner twice, the issue persisted. Not only was my order incorrect again, but I was not even given a receipt, and my concerns were completely ignored. It is incredibly frustrating to experience this level of carelessness, especially when I have made the effort to address these issues. Unfortunately, I can no longer support a location that does not prioritize customer service or order accuracy. I will be taking my business to the Hicksville location from now on, where I hope to receive better service and proper attention to detail.

Read moreI’m very disappointed in the cake I order. I spend $120. The Color and design was different to what I wanted. The cake look cheap and sloppy design. It look like a person with no experience design it. Kiddie like. Also the cake taste less than what a Tres Leche Cake should taste like. They don’t speak English at all so it was difficult to communicate. I even write out my request in text and they still get it all wrong. The cake was medium tall and it did not stand up for long. It was embrassing looking at the occasion. I would not be ordering cakes from them again.
