MARY, MARY, MARY do not ever let her make your drinks or take your order.
I don’t typically leave reviews but this one is warranted. This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. MARY at this Levittown location is the nastiest barista to be employed at Starbucks. I have been to way to many Starbucks to count and this is my first time ever dealing with someone so nasty and unprofessional. The way that MARY handled this situation and the way that MARY spoke to me was unprofessional… she messed up my drink why… 1. She wasn’t paying attention 2. She was talking to another Barista while making drinks. Whose fault is that… MARY’S!!!! She messed up another customers drink, who spoke to her like she was trash and told her to make his drinks over, she smiled and poured the drinks out. This guy then proceeded to say “now that’s how you tell someone to make your drinks over” At that point I felt bad for the way he was speaking to her but now I regret even having any type of feeling for MARY at that moment. When she messed up my drink it was a totally different reaction when I asked her to make it over. she yells at the top of her lungs that she was making it over. This happened AFTER i witnessed a man talk to her like trash for the same mess up and she said nothing to him!!!! This escalated pretty quickly as I was confused as to who MARY thought she was speaking to in that tone, I am not a child. The manager is also unprofessional as he didn’t do anything to diffuse the situation. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t think quick enough to pull out my phone to video my encounter because at that moment I felt very uneasy. You never want to think that someone sees color at any establishment that you patronize on a consistent basis, not saying that this could be the case with MARY but you never know. Her actions are a little questionable at this point. I say that to say…. Starbucks has been under fire for discriminating against African Americans in the past and I’m not quite sure how often Starbucks employees are required to complete cultural diversity training or maybe it was a one time thing to make good with their last incident that was made public. MARY proved just how much training she needs in customer service AND in Cultural diversity training. Cultural diversity training should be mandatory at Starbucks just like at other establishments. Starbucks is all over these social media platforms with videos of nasty, unprofessional Baristas. They should know that for every action there is a reaction. For ALL the baristas including MARY working at Starbucks we did not choose this job for you, you chose this job for you. Humbling yourself, being pleasant and being welcoming goes a long way especially in this field. Treat people how you would want someone to treat you, your family and friends. I can’t say I will never go to Starbucks again because then I would be putting everyone into the same category as MARY and that’s not fair. One bad apple should not spoil the bunch. Read moreThis is one of the most efficient and well-run Starbucks I've ever been to. I live in Westbury / Salisbury part of Westbury. I normally go to the one in Old Country Road. That Starbucks has really nice people as well working there but they kind of mess up on the formulas with the coffees especially the specialized ice drinks. Well let me tell you the Starbucks in Hempstead Turnpike by the Wantagh Parkway is absolutely on point the staff is super friendly. Not once since I've been here have my drinks ever been off. The Baristas follow and are trained extremely well and the formulas whether it's Coffee, iced drinks etc are OnPoint. I can honestly say I go the extra 5 minutes out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks in Levittown because it just has that much better than everywhere else.

During our interaction she irritably responds with annoyance, slamming the door in front of me before I could finish my question on the order. This starbucks has incorrectly delivered my order before, I kindly wanted to confirm accuracy on my drink. I do have recording of the audio on my dashcam which I will be informing corporate & management. Very unprofessional!
In addition, the turkey bacon in the sandwich was burnt. I called the restaraunt thrice and I recieved no answer.
