We had 6 adults for dinner, just entrees, along with a couple glasses of wine, soda, and coffee, came to $45 pp. I guess I picked the wrong entree (balsamic chicken), because the best part of the meal for me was the one piece of free plain bread before the actual meal, although, even the garlic knots in the bread basket had an uber garlicky rancid taste to them 🙄. We didn't do appetizers, went straight to entrees, which did come with choice of salad or pasta, so I suppose you do get a good amount of food for the price. Two of us asked for certain ingredients to be left out of our salads. They got that wrong. We also asked for Italian dressing, but received watered down orange (Russian?) dressing. Everyone else ordered various parm dishes, which they seemed somewhat pleased with, but unfortunately, my balsamic chicken entree was just awful. The veggies were a big gloppy mess, not even sure what some of them were. The chicken was pounded within an inch of its life.. it was hard, dry, and completely tasteless. Then the whole dish was literally drowned in their balsamic sauce (aka brown water). After just one bite, I really wanted to send it back, but didn't want to embarrass my friend that had recommended the dish. Instead, I asked for a to-go container. I tried eating it again today, but it definitely tasted as bad, if not worse, than last night. The photos are from my leftovers, and that's after leaving a good 8oz of balsamic 'liquid' on the plate at the restaurant. Also, I had ordered 2 glasses of their white sangria. Neither glass was full, they poured it like wine, not sangria. Every other restaurant I've been to gives you a whole, full glass of sangria. Here, it was served in a small wine glass, and barely filled halfway, with 80% of it being chopped up tiny bits of apple. After 2 glasses, not even close to a buzz. The whole experience was a hot mess. Different waiters/servers/bus boys came to the table, no one knew what the other one was doing. I heard things being dropped in the kitchen. Took forever for drink refills & food.... Maybe they're better as a pizza takeout place, the pies looked decent by the counter... as for me, I see no reason to ever return, sorry...

Great food, great service!! We ordered a chicken pasta Panini for my daughter. She ordered it herself and because we don’t eat pork, we actually don’t know different names for different pork items. The Panini had pork in it. We picked up the order and left when my daughter found out in the car that it had it. I came back to ask them if they could do anything about it. Even though it was our fault because the menu clearly mentioned prosciutto, they took it back and made a fresh one for us. It is a very kind and rare courtesy that can be found in New York anymore. I also got a chicken Greek wrap, and it was yummy. Delicious yummy delicious. And the food portion was humongous. The two of us could have easily been fooled with one order but we wanted two different things so we got different dishes. Half of it was left over because of the size. And the price was super reasonable.

Alright, listen up, folks! If you're on the hunt for the absolute best pizza joint in East Meadow, look no further. I gotta tell ya, this place is the real deal, and I can't sing its praises enough!

First things first, the pizza here is straight-up amazing. I mean, we're talkin' next-level deliciousness. The flavors, the toppings, the crust, everything comes together in perfect harmony. Each bite is a slice of heaven that'll leave you drooling for more. It's hands down the best pizza joint in town, no doubt about it.

But it's not just about the pizza. The service at this place is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. They make you feel right at home, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. You'll be treated like a VIP from the moment you walk through that door.

Now, I gotta keep it real and mention a couple of minor hiccups. Occasionally, during peak hours, the wait time can get a bit longer than expected. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right? And trust me, this pizza is worth every second of anticipation.

In terms of ambiance, it's a cozy spot that exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're stopping by for a quick slice or settling in for a leisurely meal, you'll feel right at home. It's the kind of place where memories are made, and friendships are forged over a shared love of incredible pizza.

So, to sum it all up, if you're a pizza lover in East Meadow, this place is an absolute must-visit. Your taste buds will thank you, and you'll leave with a smile on your face and a happy tummy. Just be prepared for a potential wait during busy times. But hey, good things are worth waiting for, and this pizza is nothing short of...

I love their pepperoni but you really have to try the MEAT LOVERS pizza! I had ordered 2 slices and could barely finish them, they're so good! I've switched over TO Calda from my long time pizza place even though they're not local to me. They're the next town over but the Owner Chris and the staff, especially THEIR delivery people are great. I don't order through any apps like GrubHub or UberEats so it's easier for credit card or cash delivery. The ONLY reason I started using Caldas is my friend lives so close, a few blocks away. I actually wasn't a fan as a kid growing up here going to Uncle Sam's and SPIT for those of you who remember. I grew up on Pizza Kings and Pietro's (Home of the Sesame Seed Crust) and very rarely Borrelis 🤢 in an extreme pinch & that's only cuz I went to HS with Lisa Borreli. I've been a Caldas customer ONLY for at least 2 years since my friend converted me. Every time my friend goes there she'll call and say I'm bringing pizza to my parents want some~her parents STILL live on our block where we grew up. I ONLY get Frantonis IF 1 of my brothers decides to pick it up on their way over on their own. It's not my go-to any more even though they're less than a 10 minute drive from my house. I'd rather wait a bit longer for delivery and so would my Mom who is 98, and believe me SHE'S very "particular" so to speak...but she loves them now too! So technically this review is for both of...
