I really like Starbucks but unfortunately this location is the worst experience someone can have. Staff is really rude and ignoring the costumers. They’re talking to each other and giggling while you’re waiting for them to hand you your order. If you place a mobile order, you’ll get your drink an hour later. I ordered my drink at 9:40, didn’t get it till 10:30. I was standing there asking them so many times what’s going on, the only answer I would get is “it’s coming out now”,. When I asked to cancel my order I got the same answer. This didn’t only happened once. They will also not even call your name when your order is ready and you’ve asked for it. They will throw your order right behind the bar/counter where you can’t reach it and you need to wait for someone to ask them AGAIN for your order. And yes I am sure it was my order. Unfortunately, this location is really close to my house and it was convenient, however I will not be purchasing anything again from there.

Read moreI gave it a two stars ONLY because on a positive note the cashier I believe his name is Mark was great, friendly and great sense of humor. However the team member whom I approached after I received a warm coffee was NASTY. I shared with NASTY team member after she completed her conversation with another team member - excuse me, can you please do me a favor and heat this cup up, I just got it and it’s not hot at all. IMMEDIATE Answer with a disrespectful animated attitude “NO WE DONT DO THAT HERE”. I then reiterated “I just receive this coffee” and it’s not hot just want it hot. We don’t do that here she responded louder and made her smirk followed by her hand gestures. I just stepped back for it’s clear to me this Starbucks team member is a nasty, lazy individual who apparently has the run of the place. So I made my call to corporate, shared the complaint and stopped at another Starbucks where the manager and team were great. There were no other customers and three girls behind the cashwrap. They were all unoccupied when I walked up. They ignored me and continued talking until finally one came over and stood silently in front of the register. Uh. I guess I order now? I order. I pay. I wait five minutes for iced coffee to be made. A freaking iced coffee!! And it was made wrong. I tell the girl who isn't wearing a name badge. She takes it back and unceremoniously dumps half my coffee out adds more coffee. Dumps again. Adds more. Then hands me a sticky wet cup that now has no ice. I ask for ice on the side cause I'm over it and another girl Bria comes over and makes it. I feel the annoyance from them both.
