The appetizers were an excellent start: the Chicken Satay was perfectly grilled, juicy with a smoky flavor, and the peanut sauce was on point. The Curry Puffs were crisp with a flavorful filling that left us wanting more. The Crispy Thai Dumplings were the highlight, with the perfect crunch and savory filling.

For the entrees, each dish was a winner. The Chicken Drunken Noodles were rich and flavorful, with a satisfying spice that didn’t overpower the dish. The Beef Pad Thai was a classic done right, with tender beef and the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and tangy. The Ribeye Steak with Sticky Rice and Papaya Salad was a standout—the steak was cooked to perfection, and the papaya salad added a refreshing crunch. The Authentic Beef Pho was hands down the best I’ve ever had, bursting with deep, rich flavors that made me feel like I was dining in Vietnam. The Beef Bánh Mì was equally impressive—crispy baguette, tender beef, and that perfect mix of fresh herbs and pickled veggies. I’ve never had this as it’s not offered halal anywhere & I will be back for more iA!

The drinks were equally delightful. The Mango and Lychee mocktails were refreshing and packed with flavor, while the Thai Iced Tea was perfectly sweet and creamy.

For dessert, the Lava Cake with Ice Cream was a delightful treat—decadent, warm, and paired beautifully with the cool ice cream.

🚨 FULLY HALAL AUTHENTIC THAI & VIETNAMESE

I went during opening weekend, and so I can’t really give a review right now. They were sold out of a lot of things, it’s new, and it was busy. So, I’ll tell you my experience instead. I went with my friends. It took about an hour drive to get there. Once we arrived, it was busy. I think maybe 10-15 people can fit inside the restaurant. But, I definitely recommend eating the food there. So, if your going with 2 or more people call ahead and make a reservation. We had to wait about an hour. The lady took our number and we waited in the car. We went inside, there’s a line and a group of people who just came in, whispered and tried to convince the owners to let them cut, and if they were seated they will pay extra money. My friend was mad 😡 and was about to say something. SubhanAllah he didn’t need to because The owners declined and told those guys, no sorry that’s not halal and people are waiting. The group just ended up waiting. I was surprised by this and MashaAllah respect to the workers and owners May Allah SWT bless The Theo Thai Bistro. Definitely check them out.

DO NOT COME HERE! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this establishment’s customer service. After placing an order for delivery through their website at 8:30 pm , my food arrived at 10:11 pm. When I called to inquire about the delay at 9 pm, the representative I spoke with was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. He spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor by arranging the delivery through Uber, despite the fact that I was paying multiple fees, including a delivery fee, service fee, and tip. I ordered my food through their website not Uber, doordash, Grubhub etc. It’s their very own website and no 3rd party affiliation. It’s their responsibility to get my food delivered. Despite assuring me multiple times that they would call me back with an update, I never received any follow-up communication from their end. I called multiple times and they blamed the entire situation on Uber taking no responsibility themselves. This level of service is unacceptable and has left me very dissatisfied. Never ordering from this place ever again! It’s just not worth all the hassle and horrible customer service.

Food being delivered late happens and may have been out of their control, but what’s really upsetting was how rude they were!

Update: They asked me to come to the restaurant to get a full refund in cash for the situation. My entire families dinner was ruined from this whole fiasco. I sent my father to the restaurant and they told him his daughter has to take down the review and come herself then they will give a refund! What kind of blackmailing weird business is this? I don’t need a refund from...
