Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Every time I order pick up here, it is NEVER ready on time when I arrive to pick it up. Not only is it never ready, but the people working there are never even aware that I placed an order...this has happened numerous times already, on different dates, with different working associates each time. Not to mention I usually don't show up for my order less than ten minutes AFTER it should've been ready to go. Plenty of time for them to prepare my order. The point of a PICK UP order is to grab and go. Having to wait around for an order you placed fifteen minutes prior in a place where there are no other customers present defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If this had happened once, even twice, I would've looked past it. But it has happened over five times now. Waiting around for an order that should have been ready when I arrived has made me late going back to work on multiple occasions. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I was at your East meadow ,NY location on the way to hospital and received a tex to bring my sister a coffee, I had no money searched for whatever my car had and went in and asked the great ladies behind counter how much- I explained I left money home and this is all I had - they kept insisting don’t worry about it we got you , I kept saying no, I gave them what I had and they even offered me donut holes and I kindly said no. I thanked them and left. Next day had to go back to hospital and bring coffee again- so went back and same two ladies working and remembered me. I got the coffee n paid them and offered them tips and they refused . I said please use the money for anyone else that needs a cup and they said they would. The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit...
