Always had good service, until today. Ordered a pizza gave the correct address , my guess is the address was written down incorrectly , paid for the pizza to be delivered and never seen my pizza . I sat outside waiting for over an hour and a half called the store spoke to the manager . She told me the pizza had been delivered, put on a table,, spoke with my husband which was a lie . but never said what address it had been delivered too . I was told that she is going by what the delivery person had wrote down , which I questioned . The order was over 20.00 dollars and the manager was only refunding 15.00 . So I hope the person who received my pizza enjoyed it . Will not order a another pizza from this store again . I realize that mistakes happen , but shouldn’t the store manager and the person taking the order, as well as the person delivered the pizza check to make sure the address that is written down by the person taking the order is the correct one that they deliver to !
