Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

Do you enjoy Starbuck's overly sweet, high calorie, unhealthy, overpriced drinks enough to occasionally splurge on one and haven't had the motivation to finally quit going to Starbucks? Well, let me tell you, this location might be the one to visit to help you with that curse! I can't help myself so I occasionally go get a Frappuccino but this location specifically didn't just make the worst Frappuccino I've had from there, they made the worst tasting consumable I have ever had from anywhere at any time in my entire life. It tasted like they put Tylenol, Aspirin or some kind of pill into the blender with ice and milk and did not add any other flavoring and then served that to me. That is not an exaggeration, that is literally what it tasted like; milk and medicine. Whole Frappuccino, right in the trash. It took a stick of Extra Sweet Watermelon gum and a Monster Energy Drink to get that taste off my tongue. Though I'm happy to finally have the motivation to never return to Starbucks again (which I understand won't make a single dent in their financials so they don't care), they should still truly be ashamed of themselves.

Oh, and all Starbucks do this, but listen to names better! My name is foreign, but I don't have an accent. My name is three letters (3!) and when I spell it for the confused staff, it's always amazing how they still write a 4, 5, 6 + letter name that sounds...

Every time I go to this Starbucks my drink taste Terrible. I work in Penfield so I usually go to the Penfield Starbucks during the week but on the weekend I would like to be able to go to the Henrietta store but for some reason it's never right. My order is a bit difficult but I do pay seven dollars for a beverage and the staff is very nice when I go in to have it remade But I just don't understand why it could never be made right the first time I'm in a hurry today so can't go back in and desperately need my coffee. I order a Venti ice Americano With extra cream six pumps of vanilla and caramel drizzle, It's essentially like a macchiato but I don't want all the milk but there's never any vanilla in my drink caramel drizzle and I had to start ordering extra because there was barely any when I started...

The coffee is fine and the staff are polite enough. However, the store policy of deliberately inconveniencing drive thru customers needs to change.

I tried to pay with a credit card, and instead of the clerk simply taking my card and running it, I was awkwardly handed a screen with a short wire attached to it, that I couldn't read in the sunlight. I tried to adjust the angle of the screen to see it better but the clerk stated I couldn't because "it might break". She refused to take my card the normal way "because COVID".

The whole exercise seems focused on getting tips in a drive thru, which is fine, but not if you're going to deliberately inconvenience customers to do it. There are a lot of places to get coffee, and nobody...
