Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I was very happy when this Tim Horton’s opened near my home. Now I make an effort to drive to the farther Tim hortons as my experience with this particular restaurant is always subpar. They’re out of croissants a lot, also always keep my rewards card. Today was the last straw, I went yesterday and ordered two ice coffees and when the employee hand the drinks to me they were not labeled, as the drinks rested on my cup holders I asked the employee which one was the double double and he responded “no idea”. I sat there quiet just staring at him as another employee intervened and told me which ones were the correct order. Today I get the same order again but this time ask before the employee hands them to me to not creat confusion. It was a different person and yet again the employee didn’t know. I have had Tim Hortons at this location for the last time. The workers are always miserable and cannot seem to get an order correct. A week ago they were out of hashbrows for the breakfast wrap and forgot to put Chipotle sauce on my wrap. Today I went again at 1pm and went to the drive thru. I asked them if they had a lunch menu because the breakfast menu was still showing. They answered, "yes," but they hadn't switched it yet. Use the mobile app. The order went through but when I went to the store the manager (found out later she was) yelled through the door that their hours have changed. When I asked what about my order I already paid for she put her hands in the air that she didn't know. I waited and checked my credit card statement and it was on there so I contacted the store and they told me they had no record of the order. So I had to put a cancel to my credit card company.
