Bao Bao L — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

I ordered 12 buns which I think was about 30 bucks. When I went to eat them they were rock hard. The filling in most were dry. The wrapping stuck to the bottom of the buns even after being ripped off and I was only able to eat the bottoms off of 2, the tops were rock hard. They do not have a phone number listed as I am writing this so I can't call them to find a solution. I contacted the general fb page for them. Highly disappointed as my very first order was perfect!
