Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

Food is good but the service sucks. All college kids that are inattentive as hell. I come to this place once or twice a month for a basic meal. I place my order to go every time. The last 5-6 times I’ve been here I either get half of the order that I placed or I end up getting something completely different from what I ordered. I always get their Rodeo King meal and the idiots always try to give me their Rodeo Cheeseburger instead which is the size of a Whopper Jr. I order the meal, sometimes I don’t get it. I pay for it, but I don’t get it. One time I had to argue with the cashier over what I wanted and they insisted that the Rodeo King doesn’t exist when I know it does and I get it every time. Lo and behold I get the sandwich I wanted the next time I went there. I hope that cashier got fired. I constantly have tell the workers OVER AND OVER AGAIN that I want the meal in medium size and they either throw the fries in the bag with no care and they just give me a SMALL drink or they ONLY give me the SMALL drink and tell me to have a good day. I’m not the problematic type but this type of service is garbage. Your workers suck. Get a manager that actually knows how to manage the employees. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. The cashiers can’t even follow simple instructions and the manager doesn’t know how to manage their workers at all. Terrible store....

I eat at burger King on the regular. I order off the app and truly only have issues with food quality from certain establishments. Today is a different kind of review. Ordered on the app and accidently set it for pickup. The girl told me they can't hand a pickup order through the drive up window. Kinda heinous but ok. I go inside to pickup my order and hear a employee saying "he can complain as much as he wants" referring to me being perturbed that I couldn't get my order through drive up. I told him that every time this happens I get a credit from bk for 10$ for "support" through the app and its customer service. He continued to berate me and threatened me with a "meet me outside" this dude was over weight and probably diabetic. I'm no fighter but I was appalled at his crass threat because I got a 10$ coupon for his shortcomings. He followed me outside through the rear employee entrance and continued to harass me as I tried to leave. At this point I was ready as I walked towards the fat p.o.s his coworkers pulled him inside. I filed a police report on the fat employee. Welcome to...

Horrible drive through service. Took forever to order. Asked for a chicken sandwich and a large dr. Pepper. Then asked for a medium onion ring, I was then asked "okay a medium onion ring,what size I would like that????" Then I asked for two cheeseburgers, I was Then told that they were out of burgers!?? So I proceeded to tell her I wouldn't like anything else and that would be it. I Was Then asked if I wanted anything else....I Was told the total would be $8 and some change, I thought that was awfully cheap. I asked for my receipt and double checked it with the food in the bag. I in fact got 2 cheeseburgers and my onion rings, but no chicken sandwich. I than asked the lady at the window about the chicken sandwich and she just looked confused and then I asked about the soda which wasn't even on the receipt, neither was the chicken sandwich. She then told me they were out of chicken. So I didn't end up getting my chicken meal for my passenger, we ended up going across the street to get food else where. And the burgers that we did get...
