I found this Coffee by accident. I was tired of the way Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks was treating there customers, so I went on the hunt for a new coffee to go to. A quick google search and there was Holy Grounds Coffee. I reluctantly went in thinking the worst, but to my surprise there extremely pleasant. They were extremely welcoming, friendly, and polite. The owner Tina is a saint and I love her to pieces. Her employee Onna(sorry for butchering her name) is the most kind hearted person I have met at a coffee shop. That does not mean that the rest of her employees aren't amazing because they absolutely are(I just have had Onna service me the most).
There coffee is very good, I usually am not a fan of medium roast coffee but what they do it or how they brew it is the best. I have even become to like espresso drinks because of them. I usually have them "surprise" me with what ever there feeling that day(just no coconut, 🤢🤮) and they have NEVER!!! disappointed me(yet😂).
Tina and her employees are Godsens and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Every time you walk in you feel the light atmosphere and friendly heart warming nature of the place. They take pride to know the regulars(like my self have become) very well. Holy Grounds Coffee is the best local Coffee shop in the Horseheads/Elmira Heights area i have ever been too. Never stop being the greatest. I am sooo glad I found them and will always come back every day multiple times a day. Love yall to the...
Read moreFirst off i have to say i absolutely love Holy Grounds Coffee Shop!
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warmest atmosphere and the friendliest staff. Tina, the owner, truly makes this place special. She’s always there with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels at home.
The staff is amazing too – always kind, helpful, and efficient. You can tell they all genuinely care about the quality of service they provide.
Now, let's talk about the drinks and food! The Frozen Java Chip is hands down the best I’ve ever had – it’s perfectly blended, so refreshing, and a must-try. The breakfast sandwiches are equally amazing – fresh, delicious, and always hit the spot.
Holy Grounds is more than just a coffee shop, it’s a place where you can relax, enjoy great coffee, and feel like part of the family. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area – you won’t be...
Read moreThe place looks great, the staff was very friendly. My latte was good. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich i got was extremely greasy and had an odd taste to it. I took a look at their pastries and I'm betting they were purchased at Sam's Club. I would suggest getting with a local bakery and stock their goods. My folks owned and operated a coffee shop years ago in the Arnot Mall back when the mall was thriving and the foot traffic was heavy. Carried Kountry Krullers pastries and good quality coffee. Took A LOT of coffee, pastry, and sandwich sales to eke out an ok income. This place will need to up it's product line to have a chance to draw in decent revenue, especially at the location they chose. I basically spent $13 for a decent cup of coffee and a jimmy dean sandwich. The value isn't there for me but I wish these folks the...
