Starlite Room — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

Walked in to a empty restaurant & bar was greeted with "Do you have a reservation", informed that the group would have to eat at Bar then we were finally given a table. Placed our order with appetizer. Appetizer came out no plates or even extra napkins so 5 people could place what they wanted to eat. Appetizer was over deep-fryed. Then each person's order came out one at a time. The meals were horrible and the waitress sucked. The lobster Alfredo was dry not enough sauce on it and due to a horrible waitress never checking in with us that meal could not be ate, extra sauce was given as we were packing the food up. The salad had brown lettuce in it, the fish was over cooked and inedible, and the lobster mac was not something I would feed to anyone I hated. When we complained they offered 15% off but honestly we should not have been made to pay for horrible food. A tip was left for the waitress even though she sucked. We all agreed to never...

I think this is one of the best venues in the area for quality. The food, is excellent and if you love fried cauliflower, or philly cheesesteaks, those are just two of the gems you will find perfectly prepared on their menu.

I love their consistency, with the food. I have never been disappointed by anything I have ordered here.

The inside has a posh retro lounge feeling, and it makes me want to snap my fingers like a beatnik when I am there, but usually applaud anyway, for the fantastic job they do of hosting local events.

From featured performers and events in the banquet room, to the cozy Jazz Jam Open Mics in the main room, it just oozes quality. If you haven't been there before, I would definitely follow them and look for upcoming events you may like.

I had a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband and we had it at The Starlite Room. Everything was SPECTACULAR✨😁 The food was the best💜😁 We had mac and cheese, chicken, and veggies and everything was delicious😊

The service was FANTASTIC as well 😁💜 we were treated like royalty and they were very accommodating throughout the whole time that we were there😊
