BNCC - Area 14 Cafe & Roastery — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

When you get there there’s a bunch of men out front RIGHT next to the entrance (the door was open mind you) smoking cigarettes and cigars for the whole 15 minutes we spent there and it just made for a stinky, poor invitation to the establishment as well as a poor atmosphere inside because it unfortunately also smelled horrible inside of cigarettes from them. No shame to the people smoking but we should be more mindful of the public. The owners allowed this. Also the menu was not posted anywhere besides ON the table right where you order. There was no greeting or smile from the person taking our to-go order. Just found it to be kind of a non inviting environment for a new business.
