Grand Central Creamery — Restaurant in Town of Elmira

I order a penutbutter sundae and I informed thos girl that I don't want cherry on my sundae due to allergy, and when someone else came to the window they hand me my sundae and there was cherry on it, so I ask polity if they can remake it because of allergy to cherry, he did say sorry I'll get you another one bit when they hand it to me it was o er fill with whip cream didn't think of anything the time I got to my husband job about to eat it my whip cream was melted and there was cherry juice on it were they just scoop it off and put extra whip cream so I wouldn't know. And i know because I use to work in food service I always catch people doing it, and I would tell them to throw away. I gave this a 3 star because the workers need to take people allergy seriously if I didn't see that I would of been in the hospital which I don't want to be in and you guys don't want to deal with problems. Please next time take people allergy seriously you mever know I know there people out there that would say it so they don't get it but there are people out there...

Spring is here! The first trip to Grand Central Creamery always feels like "an event" ❤️🍨. The place was "hopping". Smiles everywhere! The ice cream selection never disappoints! It seems like an odd "complaint" but the only reason for 4 ⭐ instead of 5 is that the portions are HUGE! It's almost impossible to finish even a small cone. The dog had no problem with her dog sundae, though! She barely came up for air 😂. Prices are kind of high, but EVERYTHING is expensive, so I can't get upset about that. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by for a treat. There are several picnic tables outside, as well as a drive through if you need your sweet...

This place is amazing! They definitely give you a bang for your buck! I got a 2 scoop piece of cake on a cone and it was as big as my head! Being pregnant, this is absolutely fantastic to me. But if you don’t want this much definitely get 1 scoop. My fiancé got the upside down banana split and he loved that as well! It comes in a huge cup! The service was really fast and friendly as well! Make sure to leave a tip in their college fund jar! Will definitely be returning here, it’s my new favorite ice...
