Agave 2 GoGo — Restaurant in Town of Hudson

Planned to eat at Pitchfork Brewing, but their kitchen had already closed. Based on a recommendation from Pitchfork, and because they were so nice & close, we went to Agave 2 GoGo. First of all, it’s a nice clean place and all the staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered their ‘Legendary’ Nachos. (Their name, not mine). They were a little weird, with the pork hidden in the middle of the pile of chips, which were topped with some bland cheese sauce. There was a small container of salsa, which looked like it came from a jar. I asked if it was spicy and the server said, “Oh no. Not at all.” So I asked for some hot sauce. He came back with (I’m not kidding!) a 1/8 fluid ounce bottle of Tabasco. That was the extent of their hot sauces available. Sure means I won’t ever go to Agave Kitchen in Hudson if this is an indication of their authenticity. It was an okay value, but I’m still amazed at...

Where do I even start? Nothing about it is good. No flavor. Anywhere. Bagged sour cream? Paying $16 for 2 tacos then no sides except chips and salsa that should come free? And I can't even get fresh sour cream? Wow. Then I guess the cooks don't know how to cook? My container was full of juice making everything soggy even the chips. I couldn't even eat it. The chimichanga we got was soggy as well and no flavor except a little in the sauce. Considering the prices I was surprised to hear it would be "made fresh" I hoped it already would be?? But guess not here. I was surprised at how gross it all was. Definitely a waste of $40+ DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE. Paul doesn't seem to care either with his entitled "I'll give your money back and you can move on comment." I'll happily take my money back since that's how you seem to solve the problem....

One word: OBSESSED! I absolutely love Agave Kitchen downtown so when Agave 2 GoGo came I was ecstatic! Anytime I order on the phone for take out the employees are exceptional! They are consistently friendly and actually make me feel like I’m talking to a friend or like someone they have known for a long time. You know the feeling of when you are a regular somewhere and all the employees know you by name and just make you feel like you are one of them? Well this is exactly how all the staff at not only Agave 2 GoGo make me feel but also at Agave Kitchen downtown. I will continue to give Agave my business until the day I die or the day they close their doors! Not only is the food some of the best, if not the best, in Hudson, the staff is incredible!
