Wilder Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Town of Hudson

Went this morning and was the first person in line at 6am for their first weekday open.

They are still perfecting their order fulfillment process so be patient if it takes a few minutes. From order to food in hand mine took about 12 minutes.

I ordered the Farmhouse Bacon sandwich with cream cheese. The sandwich was amazing and was a really good breakfast on my commute into work. I was going to add a picture to this review but as soon as I started eating the sandwich I couldn't stop so the picture would just be an empty tray.

My only suggestion at this point would be to wrap the handhelds in some sort of foil or wrapper so they're easier to eat while driving. I go past here every day on my way to work and look forward to trying more menu items...

Wilder Waffle Co. has always been a favorite — their waffles are out of this world! Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Pair one with their amazing coffee (they have so many great choices!) and you’ve got the perfect start to any day.

The team behind the window is always friendly, upbeat, and makes every visit feel special. You can tell they love what they do. It’s been so fun watching them grow from their awesome food truck to now opening a drive-thru space — what a win for all of us waffle lovers!
