Went on a Sunday evening with my 16 year old son (it was my birthday). We were greeted immediately and seated. Fairly full. The decor was festive in the way many Mexican places are. Ordered Jalapeno poppers for appetizers. They were great. The creamy dipping sauce accented them well. Entrees were Enchiladas Rojas and Beef Fajitas. Both arrived just as we finished the appetizer and looked amazing. Both were exceptional. Although the yellow rice was a bit under cooked. The beef in the fajitas was soooo tender and perfectly seasoned. Our servers were attentive, but not overly so. All in all, a tasty, well done meal for my birthday. Highly recommend trying this place. I will definitely be going back!

I was so glad I decided to eat here after a long day. The food was fresh and tasted really good. I tried flautas for the first time and enjoyed it. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My friends also liked their carne asada, burrito and enchiladas. But WAIT, just when I think the food couldn’t be better, we end up ordering desert. You need to get their flan and chimi cheesecake. It is quite honestly the best flan I’ve had. Margaritas were also good and I would recommend trying the house margaritas. It was busy when we went so service was a bit slow but I didn’t mind since the food kept me busy. Overall would recommend and I would go back for sure

The food I had definitely had authentic Mexican flavor. The guac was a perfect amalgam of avocado, lime, tomato, onion, black pepper and a bit of crema. The salsa had a nice kick as well. The Camarones en Adobo left a bit to be desired - the Adobo didn’t really have a kick; it seemed watered down. They only gave me 5, tail-on shrimp which I found annoying. My brother had the steak fajitas which were solid, but nothing dazzling. Better Mexican food than I would expect to find this far north, so huge props to whoever is running the spot.

We were traveling and decided to stop at this restaurant for dinner; we’ve made previous visits and enjoyed good food and service before. This time was sadly not the case for either. Besides the quality in the food varying greatly between dishes, the service went from absent to unwelcoming. Upon arrival, we seated ourselves and were soon greeted by a waitress who placed a stack of menus on our table before walking away. She later returned with a pitcher of water and a stack of cups, which she set down without distributing. We were a party of six, but only one small basket of chips and a single serving of salsa were brought to the table. Confused about being charged for additional chips and salsa, we politely asked the waitress for clarification. From our table, we could clearly overhear the waitress and other staff members speaking negatively about us, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. When she returned with another basket of chips—this time only half full—she dropped it onto our table without a word. At the end of the meal, we were surprised to see a $30 gratuity automatically added to our bill, despite the poor service. We had to pour our own water and felt unwelcome from the beginning. We felt like a burden to the waitress but we were one of only two tables in the restaurant at the time. The overall experience left us feeling disrespected and...

This place is a JOKE. This review is asking me if I dined in or got take out. Funny, because the owner REFUSED to offer take out. (My child cannot sit still at restaurants so waiter service was not an option.) And the worst part? My kid has food allergies and his options are limited, especially in the late evening when we walked in. We expressed this to the owner and he still refused to serve us one simple burrito to go for our child. The owner word for word said, "I can't make exceptions for you". An exception? This is literally my child's life we're talking about. The owner's complete DISREGARD for my child's well being is despicable. I have never been personally discarded by a food establishment, let alone the owner of said establishment. We were level headed and polite to the owner, so we are shocked that he showed no concern for our situation. The BBB will be...

The best Mexican food ever!!! Definitely a MUST if you are in Hunter or Windham. The food is all-around delicious!!!!...the salsa is the most fresh I've ever had...Jalapeño poppers are unbelievable...The margaritas (especially frozen) are fantastic...Mexican food is my favorite cuisine (so I'm a bit of a critic) -- but Pancho Villa's hits the spot!!! The staff is all wonderful! Dylan, Olivia and Dylan (there are two Dylan's) are wonderful servers- each are very personable, on the ball, ensure everything is timely served, and never leaves you "needing" anything whatsoever. Their personalities are what contributes to their fantastic skill. Good servers are hard to come by these days, but the staff here goes above and beyond. Oscar at the bar is a FANTASTIC bartender who curates the most delicious drinks with high quality liquor. (Ask him for his infamous Tequila...
