Noor Food Huntington — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I eat at Noor Food often and enjoy halal from other spots but overall the establishment is consistent, authentic and quality. There is another one of their stores in West Babylon I frequented for a time and there, I have ALSO never had a bad experience. Maybe once or twice in my whole life have they ever forgot something or what ever in 100 or so orders.. One experience may evoke some emotionally motivated testimony however this doesn't reflect the rational logic which arises from consistent testing. Its a shame any of you have had a bad experience because I know 9/10 this place is on point, I think you folks just hit the odd 1/10 time. This sort of percentage of error is certainly human and forgivable.

This place objectively holds a standard of food service. Is its FINE dining? no.. is it the best halal in the world? ahh.. I'm not ready to agree with that.. but it is undoubtedly a quality reliable restaurant that I'm super grateful for and if I were the folks who own it, I would be very proud. I hope you keep the good work and food coming for years to come.

I go to the store, at least twice a week for sodas and chips. Today, I tried food & WALKED IN THE SNOW to go get it. I asked for a plain cheese burger with fries and got a messy soggy burger with white sauce, hot sauce lettuce carrots tomatoes. When I called the store to explain the mistake. The girl was EXTREMELY rude and said it was my fault. After getting her to agreeee to a refund I asked her if she needed me to be there to issue a refund and she said mm. Every time I said something. “Mm” when I asked if she was eating or something she hung up and refused to pick up my next 5 phone calls. So I had to take my last 10 mins of break and go back where she told me she could NOT issue me a refund and only remake the food. Why would you not to tell me that on the phone when I asked ?? Why would you ignore my calls when you could’ve told me that? Why even ignore my calls like it’s not a place of business ! I didn’t have the time to wait for you to remake food. & then she told me to...

I used to go to this place all the time. They used to make pretty good lamb over rice and nahn but recently I went there during corona and only one worker was wearing a mask the others just had it on there ears. I get home to eat my food and find litterly 3 rocks in my food. Which I could have broken my teeth or I already swallowed some and that's why I've really sick lately. I'm calling the board of health ect and showing them the proof. This business should be shut down it's not only a covid consern it's a basic health standard concern.
